Review - Ashok Prema, Stranger in a Strange Land.

The territory here is pretty straightforward - instrumental sections with pulsing lower frequencies, lots of synths, spiced up with the occasional bit of Indian percussion. The tracks develop rapidly and have a good sense of variety to them.

Ashok states his influences as including early period Tangerine Dream, but on this album it doesn't show very much for most of the time.

Overall: 6.5/10.

But note that Synth Music Direct have a much higher opinion of this album.
